The main carbon steel used in construction projects is Q235 steel. In steel structures, various special-shaped steels, steel plates and steel pipes are mainly rolled using Q235 steel.
Characteristics Due to the particularity and singleness of its use, special-shaped steel often has higher accuracy requirements than simple section steel, which places higher requirements on equipment capabilities. Due to its complex cross-section shape, especially the special-shaped steel for many specific occasions, there is even little experience to draw on, which makes the pass design and production more difficult than that of simple cross-section steel. Therefore, the production cost of special-shaped steel is higher than that of simple-section steel. Special-shaped steels vary greatly in shape and size, and many are dedicated to a certain industry or specific occasion, so the market demand for a single variety is often not very large. Therefore, the scale of special-shaped steel production systems is often not very large.
